This southwest recipe will show your friends you came to play with a tasty dish.

  •  3 skinless chicken breast
  •  2 bags of nachos
  •  2 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
  •  1 Medium yellow Onion
  •  1 Medium tomato
  •  1/2 can of corn
  •  1/2 can of black beans
  •  1/2 head of lettuce
  •  BBQ sauce
  •  1/2 teaspoon of both salt & pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breast on a baking tray and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake the chicken breast for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Make sure to keep the oven hot for later.

2. While the chicken is baking, place 2 bags of nacho chips on a baking tray. Dice the onion and tomatoes. Pour the can of black beans into a strainer and rinse with water.

3. When the chicken is ready, shred the chicken and spread over the nachos. Add your diced onions, tomatoes, black beans, and corn and then add the cheese and drizzle a helping of your favorite BBQ sauce. Bake until cheese is melted and serve with salsa and sour cream and let the games begin.
