Did you know that Harbinger Student Media (HSM) also publishes podcasts and videocasts in addition to our articles published on the website? 

HSM offers a sports podcast every Thursday, a bi-weekly Self-Care Podcast on Mondays, and a weekly videocast on Fridays.

The Sports podcast includes updates on sporting events at Illinois Central College and local and national sports. It offers a recap of scores and observations from the host.

The self-care podcast offers tips and insights on improving your overall well-being while dealing with the stresses of being a student. This podcast typically features a guest specializing in the area of focus for that week.
