Summary

During the month of January, 5 incidents were reported to or by ICC’s campus police. Most of these incidents occurred later during the month after school returned to session.

3 incidents occurred on the Peoria Campus, while Campus Housing and the East Peoria campus only had a single incident respectively.

Of the reported incidents, 3 involved a form of property damage although 2 of which were minor and/or accidental. However, there were also 3 incidents in which students or affected persons were felt emotionally or physically threatened.

In all cases, officers actively worked with other authoritative bodies to ensure these incidents were properly recorded.

A single arrest was made against a male of unknown connection to Illinois Central College for a violent incident on the grounds of Campus Housing. He appears to have been formally charged with criminal offenses.
