November 2023 ICC Campus Police Report
The November 2023 Illinois Central College campus police report has been released. It includes six non-traffic tickets and two ongoing investigations.
– November 12: A student resident was found to have dumped trash items on the ground in the parking lot at campus housing. The student was issued two tickets for two separate instances of littering.
– November 15: Damage to a window and door was reported at campus housing. A student resident was issued a ticket for Damage to Property.
– November 16: Two students were found having a sexual interaction in an elevator at the Peoria Campus. Both were issued tickets for disorderly conduct.
– November 23: Loud noise was reported at campus housing. A student resident was issued a warning, and then another warning for alcohol that was confiscated.
*Even if you are over 21 at housing, alcohol and cannabis are prohibited.
– November 26: Officers were made aware of a large gathering at campus housing. All nonresidents were made to leave, and the student resident was issued a ticket for Party Host and Possession / Consumption.
*If you are a resident, you are responsible for any persons in your apartment and items such as alcohol or cannabis they may bring with them.
– November 27: A fraudulent ID was found in a lost and found item. The ID was confiscated and the student was warned about the criminal consequences of using a fraudulent ID.
– November 27: A business reported a fraudulent cash bill given to a delivery person at campus housing. Investigation is ongoing.
– November 29: A student resident reported a gaming system stolen from their apartment room. Investigation is ongoing.
