May 2024 Campus Police Report
Last month on campus, there were seven non-traffic tickets issued to six individuals, two arrests, and two reports of non-residents in Campus Housing. Additionally, there was an investigation into damaged property in Campus Housing.
- May 2: An individual at the Pekin Campus was investigated for theft of equipment
- May 3: An individual turned in cannabis found on the ground at Campus Housing
- May 13: An investigation into Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct at Campus Housing led to two suspects found on camera. Both suspects were fined for the damage.
- May 16: An individual was issued tickets for Disorderly Conduct and Consumption (of alcohol) after alarming other individuals at Campus Housing.
- May 18: An individual was made to leave Housing after a resident requested they be removed.
- May 23: A housing safety inspection found an unattended visitor in an apartment and cannabis. One individual was issued a ticket for Possession (of cannabis); one individual was issued two tickets for Possession (of cannabis/paraphernalia and of alcohol).
- May 28: Three individuals at Campus Housing were issued tickets for Weapons Possession for gel blaster guns after a complaint call about a disturbance.
- May 30: Two individuals were arrested and transported to jail after an investigation into Disorderly Conduct and Damage to Property at Campus Housing.
