After January, the women’s basketball team is coming off a hot winning streak and is currently sitting at a tie for ninth place in the division. They’ve struck gold with their offense, averaging 76.6 points per game, making them the highest scorers in the top 9.

They are sitting at a 43.9% field goal percentage, establishing them as one of the most efficient scoring teams in the top 9. As for the rest of their season, it looks like success is ahead.

The men’s baseball team is nearing its start, kicking off in Carterville. They will play a doubleheader, facing the John A. Logan Volunteers and the South Suburban Bulldogs as they hope to start the year off in the wins column.

They want to start their season on a positive note as they look to close their season out in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) World Series, bringing home a championship trophy.
