Directors Come Out to Play
By Andrew Greenway, 5/1/19
In the final weeks of semester, colleges have a tendency to explode in student activity once another cycle of classes comes to a close, turning campuses into veritable beehives of students rushing from study session to final, always hard at work. ICC’s Theatre department has been no exception except, perhaps, in how much time they fit play into work.
Tonight at 7PM in Recital Hall 127F of the East Peoria Campus, ICC’s Directing II class of 2019 unveil their one-act plays free of charge to the public.
With acts that range from comedies to dramas, it’s clear that their months of planning has served the theatre department well in preparing our students for what may be their first experiences directing. Come out and support your fellow students as aim to provide ICC with one spectacular night.
