ICC Campus Police Department Report – September 25 to October 18, 2015

• 10:05 p.m. September 14, 2015 – ICC officers responded to a loud music complaint at an On Campus Housing apartment. The tenants were warned and the incident was referred to the On Campus Housing management
• 5:05 p.m. September 15, 2015 – ICC officers responded to a brush fire call near the On Campus Housing office. EPFD responded and extinguished the blaze. The cause of the fire is unknown.
• 5:30 p.m. September 16, 2015 – A non-student in the East Peoria campus library was observed viewing inappropriate material on a computer. The individual was removed from campus and banned from returning.
• 6:47 p.m. September 17, 2015 – ICC officers responded with EPFD to a call of a medical emergency on the East Peoria campus. The patient declined transport to the hospital. A relative of the victim was notified and responded.
• 10:00 p.m. September 22, 2015 – An employee found two small bags of marijuana on the grounds of the On Campus Housing apartments. It was turned over to Campus Police for destruction.
• 5:00 p.m. September 22, 2015 – A student’s unattended wallet was stolen from the Technology Center lounge area. Stolen credit cards from the wallet were used to make purchases shortly thereafter. Campus Police and EPPD investigators identified and arrested the suspect.
• 9:30 p.m. September 30, 2015 – An item of electronics was stolen from an apartment at the On Campus Housing. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.
• 9:46 a.m. October 2, 2015 – ICC officers observed alcoholic beverages in the vehicle of a tenant at the On Campus Housing. The officers confiscated alcohol from the vehicle and an apartment. Two tenants were issued Regulation Violation Notices for Possession of Alcohol and referred to On Campus Housing management for further action.
• 8:00 a.m. October 6, 2015 – An unattended iPad was stolen from a room in the East Peoria campus Academic Building.
• 9:00 a.m. October 14, 2015 – Campus Police learned of an alleged Aggravated Assault with a knife had occurred on October 6th at the On Campus Housing. The suspect was identified, but the victim declined to cooperate in prosecution. The suspect was removed from the property and evicted by the apartment management.
• 11:10 a.m. October 10, 2015 – ICC officers observed alcoholic beverages in the vehicle of a tenant at the On Campus Housing. Investigating officers confiscated alcohol from the vehicle and alcohol and marijuana from an apartment. The tenant was issued Regulation Violation Notices for Possession of Alcohol and Possession of Cannabis and referred to On Campus Housing management for further action.
• 7:30 p.m. October 12, 2015 – An ICC police officer observed a subject urinating on an exit door of the Downtown campus Perley Building. The subject was detained and a Peoria PD officer was called. The suspect was banned from ICC property.
• 7:00 p.m. October 14, 2015 – Several items of electronics was stolen from an apartment at the On Campus Housing. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.
• 8:00 a.m. October 14, 2015 – An item of electronics and a wallet containing cash were stolen from an apartment at the On Campus Housing. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.
