Adult Education Career Fair on Sept. 27th
Thursday, September 20th, 2018 – The Illinois Community College Board is partnering with Illinois Central College (ICC) for a Career Fair on Thursday, September 27th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Arbor Hall on the Peoria Campus, located at 5407 N. University St., Peoria IL. This event is free and open to the public.
The National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week is September 23rd – 29th at the ICC Peoria Campus. Some adult education students will be eligible to get jobs at the event. For example, one of the opportunities offered could be a career in truck driving. This career skill is taught at ICC. Representatives from ICC will be on hand to assist at the event. By Damien Cross
